New owner is doing things right!!! Today was the grand reopening and it didnt dissapoint! Burgers, fries, onion rings, and blizzards, all exactly what DQ is all about. Great job and thanks for bringing DQ back to Franklin.

This is by far the worst DQ ever! Entered around 7pm after a softball tournament for our daughter. The restaurant inside is filthy. 1st half the restaurant is blocked off I’m assuming so staff didn’t have to clean that half but doesn’t look like they clean either half. One of the female staff was sitting on the closed off side with her friend eating. The restrooms smelled of sewage. Ceiling tiles had black mold in the dining area. No lids for your cup. The white gravy for the steak fingers was brown from being reheated so many times. The sweet tea was sour tea from not being made fresh. The fries were rock hard from sitting out under a heat lamp. There was more flies inside the store flying around than if you were outside having a picnic. The windows appear to have not been cleaned sinc

Been n this area 27 yrs and so glad someone else started it up again! Its actually serving good burgers now.

The only part of this burger I got for my grandson that was eatable was the small piece. The white stuff in the one pic is not cheese. It is a gob of Mayo. The rest of that burger was so badly burnt it was like a rock. You would think when you order a kids meal they would have the decency to make it eatable. If I could give it no stars I would. The kicker is I waited 10 minutes just to get it. I contacted the manager and he apologized and made it right. I just saw the message from the owner and I didn’t have to contact the area manager, because it was already taken care of. I will order there again but will check my food before I leave.

The most disgusting DQ I've ever been in. After placing our order, Jayden was eating her lunch, licking her fingers as she placed food into bags. GROSS. When I received the order it was wrong. The steak finger basket and all three orders of onion rings (I only ordered one) Were burnt. The steak finger basket was inedible. It was burnt to a crisp and tasted like it was cooked in old, very old oil. I spent/wasted $21.00 just to feed it to the birds. I assume they passed on the burnt disaster too. I'll definitely take your survey.
