Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had a great experience here! It was clean and the employees were nice. The bathrooms were also clean. Very nice place inside and outside. Though it was very cold inside, there are outdoor seating options to avoid the cold. I got a burger and onion rings for dinner and they were both great, specifically the onion rings were crispy and delicious. I also tried the fries and they were good, not very soggy. For dessert I had a heart blizzard which was amazing!

This is my $6.50 root beer float. I looked at it and said I should have bought the 7$ meal deal. Where is the ice cream. The girl shrugged her shoulders. Horrible. I’m going to be more careful where I spend my hard earned money. Very disappointing

Our burgers was cold and disgusting. The Staff was carrying on and being loud with customers there. It was not very clean. I don't go here often this was the first time in a awhile but I will not be going back. All of us was very disappointed.

I know it was later in the evening when we stopped to get food but when you order a chicken strip basket the best part is the gravy. We order a 6 piece which had less than a half a cup of gravy. Also a 4 piece which had no gravy. The fries were under cooked and the chicken strips were dry. The bread was just horrible 🥴 The chicken strip basket use to be my favorite but no more. Fast food has went down hill so much but the prices have definitely not.

My experience at this Dairy Queen was pretty good, the order taker was polite over the speaker. The price was pretty decent for my food. The crew is polite, but I would work on being friendly just a little more, but it may have been because they were slammed. So, it's a given response. The food once received looked exactly like the picture on the menu board, that was most impressive because you don't get that at most places anymore. It was cooked very well and the taste was amazing. So thank you to whomever cooked and prepared my meal because that was exceptional. However, they did forget to give me napkins in my bag, Lol! I was like wait a minute I got good food but it was a little messy once you bite into it and no way to clean my face afterwards. Lol! It's all good though, I didn't get
