Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Usually service is very friendly, but today, the girl working the window was completely rude. She opened the windows looking mad, never spoke, until I was asked to pull forward. She brought my food out and never said a word. I had to speak to get her to respond. Not my fault she's having a bad day.

I am usually never one to complain, but this was abosoluty insane. Placed a app order for 3 small blizzards. I accidentally placed it for pick up inside by mistake. When I pulled to the speaker in drive thru thinking it was there the lady was so incredibly rude and said she didnt have a order under my name for drive thru. Then she asked me if it was pick up inside and checked my app and saw I placed it there by MISTAKE. I had a 2 year old in my backseat not feeling well and REFUSED to just hand it to me out the window, she INSISTED I pick it up inside as that's where I placed it ( she made that very clear) . Mind you, I wouldn't be as aggravated if it at least was already made when I went in. Instead we made eye contact and she rolled her eyes at me as I stood there with a grumpy 2 year ol

Slow service, don’t be in a hurry. If this is “what you like about Texas” then you better go to one in Texas because in Louisiana they slow!! 20 min for fast food and counting is diabolical.

Came in today at lunch and two employees were smoking weed on the job just outside the back door while I was trying to place my order. I was so disgusted I took off without placing an order. Y’all need to clean house. I realize it’s hard to find good help but Jesus Christ give me a break!
