Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Every. Single. Time. I order chicken strips with a dipping sauce and ask for fry sauce as well. These buffoons forget to put it in the bag, every damn time. Manager refuses to hold employees accountable. Trash tier Dairy Queen. Never, EVER go here.

We were gonna get a SMALL misty slushy but there machine was broken down they gave us a free chocolate sundae. They were so nice and good at starting conversations. They got our food to us super good and held the door open for us. The place was great!

Kinda over the attitude and bad treatment from staff here. Asking the management to address the issues (over months) doesn’t seem to have any positive outcome. There are other places to get food and ice cream in town, where I don’t have to feel like I’m bothering anyone when placing an order, where if my order is made wrong they apologize and correct it, not get mad and yell at you that you’re in the wrong. Bad operations and bad customer service.

Too busy jammin in the back to Rihanna and t swift get it I guess but I wanna get my food right too.. my ice cream :( was melted the guy ringing us in forgot a few things on our order

Stopped here while visiting from out of town. Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and a large oreo mocha fudge blizzard. My blizzard was over an inch from the top & and a huge pile slopped on the side of the cup. And was missing the coffee flavor. We were there about 6:30pm and were advised that they were out of gravy except for a small container because they were close to closing and offered us other dips. The gravy they did give us was old, clumpy, thick, and gross. The toast from one meal looked like it had been eaten off of. The fries were old and cold. Nothing about our meal was good. Very disappointed. I didn't even eat mine. My husband had only a couple bites.
