Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the best Dairy Queen in the area! They are always fast and delicious. One of the team members remembers my order and recognizes me when I come in. She is always so fast and helpful. The Misty Freeze I order is always made perfectly. Other locations often get it wrong by adding too little syrup. It is always consistent and perfect here.

I've always been a customer of this restaurant for years. Me and my husband have spent so much money, with your establishment. I usually always go through drive through, but just decided to dine inside with my family. I was trying to have a nice enjoyable dinner with my mom, nieces and sister. Earlier today I attended a funeral for losing my cousin and then had to visit hospital because my sister was sick. I could have went anywhere else, to another restaurant, but we chose here. Upon arrival crumbs were all in chairs and I had to take paper napkins to wipe them down myself. Then, my nieces asked for dipping sauces with their meals, so I asked the crew members. Anyone that finds that funny, needs help. And they all just stared, then started laughing. I've never felt this uncomfortable at

The staff that was there on September 19th at 5pm is terrible. They served me very poorly at the window. They handed me my order almost thrown away. The service was not good. The people's faces were very unpleasant with customers. I really do not recommend visiting this place. Terrible service.

The service is slow and the food is not good, plus they charge 30% MORE than the Thomasville location. And $0.75 for a single honey mustard?!? I won’t be back. If zero stars was an option I’d choose that. I paid $27 for 2 meals and a kids dipped cone. Then they charged me another $0.75 because my son wanted a honey mustard. Plus they didn’t want to give me my receipt.

Worst service I've had, tried to speak with someone on the phone and horrible customer service. The people were laughing and giggling and when I asked about their stuff, a man got on the phone and said that "They can't help you" and then hung up in my face. Never will be going there ever again or calling them.
