Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Stopped in and pleasantly surprised at the meal deal options. $7 for 3 tenders and fries with a soda and ice cream. Everything was good and experience was pleasant. Very clean inside in every area. Many people enjoying lunch inside and desserts. Huge cake display with selection to buy ice cream cakes. Definitely will be back!

Upgraded my meal deal on the app to have large fries. Asked at the window if that was the size for the large fries...they told me yes and seemed annoyed. Definitely just a skimpy amount of fries and not a large. Fries were cold. Chicken tenders were cold and chewy. Seemed like they were from yesterday. I asked for no ice in my drink and they gave me one full of ice. Not going back to dairy queen for a while if this is how they treat customers.

Came in tonight to grab a Blizzard with my son, and this is hands down the nicest Dairy Queen in the area. The ice cream was delicious, the restaurant was spotless, and every employee we interacted with was polite and well-mannered. A+++ experience!

The food was great, my only issue was the older woman I believe she's the manager. The way she was yelling at the young man that made my ice cream was totally unacceptable!!I couldn't believe my ears!! so rude to the young man just trying his best!

The only times I’ve ever been here the employees are rude and gave us the bare minimum of food. It’s like they skimmed out on giving us what we paid for. The chicken tenders were tiny. Smaller than my finger line a chicken nugget. And they didn’t give us the amount of fries that I usually get in a diary queen chicken strip basket. Also forgot the toast… I ordered a snack size fries order also and It looked purposefully half empty like It wasn’t filled enough. They tossed the items to us and didn’t say anything indicating that was all. No “have a good day” no “that’s everything”. Just silence and half empty fries and pinky sized chicken nuggets. I feel scammed, and I perceived It like It was on purpose because we didn’t know what we wanted right away.
