Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

20 minutes for a cheeseburger and 4 orders of cheese curds, no line. At the windows we watched 3 teens trying their best, the boy in the grill looking lost. The cheeseburger, we found to have 5 pickles and enough mustard to fill 10 burgers. While leaving, we stopped at the vape store to grab a pop and watched who we assume were the 2 grown manager looking men (perhaps the people who were supposed to be making the food??) and a women in Dairy Queen clothes coming back from Walgreens laughing and walking, without a care in the world, while those poor teens were dying inside. When we left there was a full line. They saw it, we saw them see it, and still, no rush to assist. The teens need a raise or at least praise for a job well done while the adults need a come to Jesus meeting.

Once is a mistake, but twice? On the remake of the first wrong blizzard? It's obvious there's a problem here that hasn't been addressed. There's no fillings, and less than a quarter of the way down is all plain vanilla ice cream. Both mine and my partner's blizzards came out this way, and while we aren't one to complain or ask for a remake, this was a nearly 8 dollar cup of vanilla disappointment. And they somehow managed to mess up my remake the exact same way too? Do yourself a favor and go to the Treat Dairy Queen instead of this one, because clearly it isn't worth your time or money to bother with this too.

I visit this restaurant weekly and I order the meal deal chicken basket with every time. Simple order, right? Nope, ordered hot fudge Sunday got strawberry instead and went back again today now they forgot the gravy that I paid for! Ridiculous! Do better!

Lobby was closed when I came at 7PM. Lady in drive thru claimed it was because "they're short staffed" which is funny because apparently three people isn't enough for an ice cream place during the winter. They probably got one car per 5 minutes. I used to work fast food short handedly so I understand but this is still absurd. Lady that was on drivethru hears me talking to myself as I assume she was smoking something outside when they're "short staffed". I don't know if they were messing with us or what but both me and my gf's shake had a weird chemical taste to it. They were either trying to poison us for being frustrated or they were cleaning their machines hours early before close because they're so "short staffed" they were carelessly cleaning and making the ice cream. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Place is the slowest DQ I’ve ever been to. Drive thru is always around the building cause it never moves. Same experience inside. Even when Dashing (DoorDash) i have not experienced a single time I haven’t had to wait 10 mins or more, and I’m here daily. Sometimes even multiple times. Save yourself time and drive to any other DQ. It will take less time overall. Not to mention the coke machine either has half the drinks out of order or no ice. Absolutely awful.
