Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My food was hot and fresh. The fries were cooked to order, just like I asked. The front service clerk, Shineth, was extremely sweet and friendly. She helped me with the app, to get my free item and points. This will be my DQ from now on.

Everyone who works here is miserable and off putting. We get to the window only to have our change pretty much thrown out the window at us with no receipt, and not to mention our blizzards melted. The kids working in here need to learn a little customer service. Dairy Queen in general is going downhill fast.

Recently went there for a replacement milkshake and was completely blown off by an incompetent manager or claimed to be one. Last night me and my family's went there and ordered 30 dollars worth of ice cream and had hair in one of the milkshakes, was told to come back today and apparently I wasn't the right skin tone so I had to end up buying another which I didn't mind, don't go there, night time service with kids working is horrible.

Y'all changed the sizes of the cups and you mean to tell me this is now a medium cup worth $7??? Coke can size container is worth $7. If I would have known that I would have passed and just went to Kroger next door, got thing of Ben & Jerry's, paid $6 and get Cents off my gas.

So we went through the DT & I saw the fine print on the board that “if they don’t flip our blizzards next one is free” Well the “nice” gentleman TAKING OUR MONEY said “we don’t do that here” as I showed him the photo on their menu!!!! Terrible!! Terrible customer service!!
