Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had a late night ice cream craving so I went to Dairy Queen they looked open and the lights were on but the drive thru screen was off so I pulled up to the drive thru window were I met my man AJ, he let me know that they closed at 9:30 and it was 9:45, but he than went out of his way to turn the card readers back on and took my ice cream order from the window! Big thanks to my man AJ for going above and beyond even after their closing time he has earned my 5 stars.

They discontinued one of their best sandwiches. It was the Bar-B-Que sandwich. They were sold at the DQ in cumming until approximately three months ago....... BIG MISTAKE!

Average Experience from Dairy Queen. Food was decent, nothing to write home about. Costs was expensive for 1 person. When I went they were slammed in their drive thru line. And it took close to 30 minutes to place and get my order.

Gotta say for a fast food place, the staff were excellent. I'd say that they even went beyond making my burger.

Accidentally did mobile order for this store instead of our local one When I called to cancel, the employee who answered located the order and said I had to wait for a manager to come to the phone to cancel it The manager then says he can’t find the order under that name, so he asks for order number. Cuts me off halfway through giving him the order number and says he doesn’t see it. While I was talking to him, the order screen in the app changes from ready to pickup to complete. He processed the pick up so the store could keep the sale, then lied to me about it. Had to call corporate to get my money back.
