Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Hickory Flat

Wow ive never been to a dairy queen like this selling place this amazing. management is always so welcoming and thankful.They have great customer service, food freshly served, spotless dine in, blizzards tasted amazing ,i was helped by 2 outstanding workers, would definitely recommend if you are looking to eat somewhere with your kids, they even put a table with candies and halloween decorations in front of the dine in! 10/10!

I was very disappointed after being served a burger with bacon after requesting for it to be removed (seen on my receipt). I was also charged for extra toppings (onions, pickles, lettuce) I didn't receive. I would like to be reimbursed for my meal since the main entrée (my burger) had to be thrown in the trash.

Pulled up tonight for drive thru for one blizzard. There was a car in front of me and a car behind me. It was 9:42. The car in front pulled off and we approached the drive thru speaker and no one ever came. We pulled around to the window where numerous employees side eyed us yet wouldn’t come to the window. The window sign showed closing time was TEN PM. A kid opens up the window after I honked and waved someone down and just said “Yeah, we closed early.” This location sucks. Dairy Queen corporate, get it together. Rude and careless employees. Is there even a manager on duty??

This DQ has gone downhill since new ownership several months ago. Not only is the vibe different, but they don’t make Blizzards to the DQ standard (ie, you have to ask for them to be made the original DQ way and not their special way). They also won’t write on the ice cream cakes. Definitely strange and not the best service. So unfortunate.

Food is pretty good, but the service isn't. They seem understaffed. Took a while to get served inside, gave our food away to the only other people inside, had a trashcan sitting open in the dining area, and the soda fountain needed a refill. Worst was I observed one of the employees making a blizzard, then licking something off her finger before continuing to make the blizzard. No, she did not stop to wash her hands.
