Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Very clean location, have daily specials. Friendly, helpful, polite staff who isn't afraid to help with suggestions. It had been sometime since my last QD trip. Bri was so helpful and made some very good recommendations. When my order came, it was brought to the table, say table service, really? She said yes ma'am. Okay, didn't except that! Nice touch QD, the drink station was clean and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. So inviting to stay awhile, if you had the time, too bad I had another appt. Refreshing to be able to go in and have conversations with friends or family and not have to put up with employees yelling at each other while you are visiting. Thank you for not allowing that to happen.

To begin with, this review isn't even worthy of one star but since I had no choice, one star it is. DO NOT recommend. Went to the drive through tonight (12/22/25 @ 7:45pm) and received the WORST service ever received at any Dairy Queen. Gave my order at the speaker, did not get a confirmation, only an "mmhmm" and "pull around". Got to the window, was not acknowledged, a young man proceeded to stick his hand out of the window, never said a word, never said a total but I gave him my card. He handed me my blizzard, with no lid or napkins, and a spoon already stuck down into the ice cream. He never offered or asked if I needed a lid or napkins. He never said thank you, come again, nothing! And, on top of all this, his underwear was clearly visible and his pants were well below where any decen

Skipped the backed up drive through and went inside to order. Absolutely the filthiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Entered filthy front doors and it went downhill from there. Inside floors walls and everything else looked like a 3rd world hovel. Won’t go back. May have to call the health Dept and urge them pay the DQ a visit.

Now I see that why they got a 3.6 it must be hard to find help because the African-American girl at the counter was very ignorant to me just for asking if they had any cake cakes one word answer, and a snarl is not how you do customer service. I would appreciate if the owner would reach out to me.

Family just had to have ice cream after catching Spider-Man at the local theatre. They close at 10 PM but that gave us enough time to get there and order our Blizzards. Always great! And the customer service was excellent. We will definitely return after a movie in the future. I would highly recommend this location!
