Don’t order here if you have any food allergies. They don’t actually make fresh food if you order your burger without cheese. They just take cheese off an already made burger and flip the patties over. Plenty of cheese residue left behind which means it’s not safe to eat. Avoid at all costs.

I got the flamethrower chicken basket but didn't receive that I got a regular chicken basket and the flamethrower chicken basket was supposed to come with a soft serve it did not, when I got tor the window I asked wasn't i supposed to get the soft serve with it lady was nice about it and said that is for if you want to dip it in. Which is fine but on the sign it said it came with which I didn't receive everything else was good. My only problem is if someonething comes with please send it with the meal

*OWNER* do not waste your time responding to my negative review since you say the same ingenuine reply to all negative reviews. I can see where the staff gets their lack of caring! Now!! For my review!! I went to DQ in Martinsville and had good (not great) service. They put my shrimp in a container in the box so it separated from my side. I can tell by the amount I was given at Martinsville vs Mooresville is definitely not the same. They didn’t care how they presented my food that I paid $14 for. It was a mess in the box to say the least! Then I order onion rings instead of fries and there’s and upcharge, which I was totally fine with. Apparently I’m not allowed to have ANY sauce besides ketchup without being charged! Yes! I got charged for ranch for my onion rings. It wasn’t even an extr

Shift leader was making a worker count how much priduct was everywhere in store while there was a huge line instead of helping get customers served. Abby was doing amazing at the front as she tried to do multiple jobs.

The woman I spoke to was very nice, but I don't need the cameras checked when I see how few fries are in the box. Don't waste your money unless you only want half of what you're paying for!
