Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I saw a commercial for DQ and I’ve been hooked ever since. Honestly this location is a bit run down on the outside and the lines are a lot longer due to slower service than the DQ on George Washington. But, the people are nice and the food was good as expected. I ordered the chicken basket with fries and gravy. The gravy is the real reason that I even go to DQ. this is place is slowly becoming my favorite fast food restaurant for the moment.

I placed a mobile order on January 8 and the item that I paid for was not made correctly. I contacted customer service and they said that they were going to forward it to the manager of this location and I never heard anything back and here we are like two weeks later. I really wish that you guys would have contacted me so I didn’t have to leave a bad review. Please do better.

Perhaps I am a little over enthusiastic about visiting Dairy Queen today but, it was the perfect place to be at the right time. Inside, the line was short, the Banana Split was awesome and my daughter's eyes were clear and bright as she clearly enjoyed the event. Update: I decided to take a break from the crazy traffic and DQ helped make that decision. I ordered the #9 combo, ( 1/3 lb double cheeseburger, med. fries & med. Soft drink). I paid just over $10 for that meal. It was good though and the place was clean.

The burgers were horrible with old lettuce and tomato. The hot dogs were overcooked but overall okay. The eggnog shakes were delicious but the whole order for 2 people was $30. NOT worth it!

This place needs a deep cleaning! It's so dirty, greasy and humid inside. We watched a young employee stand on the counter to add ice to the soda machine and then never wiped the counter down. I got a blizzard which was fine but the atmosphere and service is lacking at best.
