Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This place feels like it’s still stuck in the 1940s and not trying to serve Black customers. I stood in line for 5 to 10 minutes. It was just me and one other gentleman in the lobby, yet no one acknowledged me or even said, “Hi, how can I take your order?” There were eight people behind the counter, and they still looked past me like I was a ghost. Side note the other gentlemen was waiting on his order A white guy was already been served I didn’t realize that in 2026 there were still places that wouldn’t serve Black people.

Good food, fast service! Got a couple chili cheese dogs, pup cup, and Oreo milkshake. The first visit, the ice cream items were a bit melted but the second time they were great!

Seriously guys? Two fish sandwiches and no tartar sauce on either one? This is not good. See, this is one of the reasons I don't waste my money with fast food anymore. It's not worth it, especially when nobody cares about the food. I'm so tired of this happening. And it happens a LOT.

I brought my 14.5 year old Bully here for a taste of chocolate before having her put down. You guys were so compassionate and understanding. The young lady at the drive thru was super nice and understanding. You guys only charged me 1.00. (I didn't get much for her because she was having stomach issues that day but no dog should leave this world without some ice cream and hot fudge) Thank you for making a horrible day a little easier with your understanding.

We come here quite often as we live down the street, ice cream is always consistent but it’s really disappointing to see how rude the manager is to these young employees. She clearly hates her job, the poor boy who usually helps us always has a positive attitude despite the manager verbally acosting the staff with every sentence on multiple occasion.
