Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The location in Okechobee is absolutely terrible. Me and 3 friends dined in and it took over 40 minutes for us to get our food and they got our order entirely wrong TWICE! After being there an hour waiting on supposedly “fast food” and missing 3 entrees and messing up the same shake twice we decided to leave. Service is horrible, they were clearly pissed that we wanted our food fixed, but we payed $70 and didn’t get half of our meal. There were maybe 3 tables total in the restaurant so they clearly weren’t busy and they were rude regardless of the fact that they messed up our food.

Went through the drive thru to pickup mobile order and was told repeatedly that they didn't have it, even though I was charged and was there when the app said to be there by. When my husband tried to show her on the phone...she informed him that he didn't need to get snappy with her that she wasn't the one and shut the windows. In the meantime another girl was making our order, now how did you know what to make if you don't have the order. So yeah there's that, customer service was not good and the attitude was not necessary. Until today we've never had a problem.

Foods always relatively good. The price is a little high. We ordered the chicken tender meals, that didn't come with a drink, and it was around $12 per person, but it was a 6 piece. Everything else was good so I don't have anything bad to say about this place other than their chicken tender basket, that doesn't come with a drink, is a little expensive and the cheese that came with my pretzel sticks was cold so I wasn't able to really eat it with the pretzel sticks. Still, not going to give them a bad review because their ice cream is amazing and everything else is usually okay. I don't expect to go to dairy Queen and get a five-star meal because it's an ice cream place but while you're there you can get something that will fill your belly and taste good. Service was amazing!

Came through drive thru, and once arriving at the window I realized I had to transfer funds to my bank. As I did this there was an African American woman inside the building that began to talk about how long it was taking and how there’s a line! Mind you when I pulled up we were the only car there, not only that but she could have told me to pull back around or come inside to pay if she was that concerned with her times in drive thru. She just kept on running her mouth so as a grown woman I addressed it. She wanted to say I’m not talking to you I’m talking to her ( meaning the employee at the drive thru window) I responded “ yeah, well I’m talking to you.” She shut the window which didn’t offend me since I didn’t want to hear her rude comments. Super malts,my grandson loves the Oreo blizzard. Only one mistake I ordered a strawberry shake for my wife but got a vanilla shake. Did not make my wife happy.
