Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I used to go to this location three times a week for the Chicken Strip Basket. The last four times I’ve gone they have not had gravy. Gravy makes the entire meal for me. They said they just didn’t have any made and I’d have to wait ten minutes if I wanted it. It’s literally shown on the picture. Anyways, I haven’t returned for the last few months because of it. I drove by considering it today and decided Panera would be a better option because they always have what I like. Just thought I’d tell you why you lost a customer because I truly do miss my chicken strip basket meal. I’ve been getting it since I was 18 and I’m twice that age now.

Valentine’s Day, I brought my wife of 45 years for a treat. I ordered and paid and found a seat like I normally do. I observed people that ordered after me served fries, hamburgers and drinks. After 25 minutes I went to the employee that took my order who at the time was giving ice cream to someone in the drive through. I asked about my order, a peanut buster parfait and a banana split. He looked at the orders and seemed to not understand me. Then he said he would get to it. I asked him how long and he didn’t answer. After about 5 minutes a female employee came to the table and expressed she was sorry. Well our little celebration turned into an ordeal of incompetence. Really dissatisfied with the situation. Very unhappy with the overall experience.

The food was good (not great). The place was clean and the prices are high which is average everywhere. The female employee needs to listen better. She was very friendly but made several mistakes.

Disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Definitely better workers than others. Felt rushed through my order and got sub par service and poorly made food which is weird cause when I come here usually meets my expectations. Definitely won’t come on a Saturday at 8 again.

Quiet place and banana split is good. Very respectfull service. Just come here for banana split. Looks healthier than other icecreams:)
