Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This Dairy Queen is usually always fast and friendly! Whether I’m going through the drive-thru or going inside, the service is usually quick and welcoming 🙂 It’s been around for a long time, and I’ve been coming here for years. I usually get the chicken strip basket or one of the deals with strips and a strawberry sundae — always yummy 😋 Their ranch dressing is delicious too! These days I mostly stop by to pick up delivery orders, and this location really stands out. They always ask for my name when picking up, which makes me feel more confident and safe as a delivery driver. It shows they’re paying attention and making sure the right person gets the right order every time 👍 The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, due to my social anxiety, I don’t always feel fully comfort

The team here at the South Hill Dairy Queen is unmatched. I’m always super impressed! They are friendly, fast, and always get every detail right. I’ve never taken my food home from the drive thru or picked up my delivery and got home disappointed. In fact, I’m always delighted when I find an extra chicken strip or a second ranch in my meal deal. Their ranch is undeniably the BEST, and their Starry drink is CRISPY. Just how I like it. 10/10 I always come back here.

Went here after a very long time. I tried their regular fries. So pricey and they never even bothered to fill the whole pack with fries. When we got it and opened the bag in car after ordering from drive thru it turned out to be more than half empty. You better off with McDonald's fires. The customer service is decent.

Chicken strips are extremely small, food was good besides this but i wish i would’ve known to get a 6 piece instead of 4. not sure if they are always this small as i haven’t gone to dairy queen in a long time

I'm a Starbucks barista and frequently come here during my breaks. The workers are incredibly efficient and can get my order ready in less than a minute. Even if there's an eight-car line, I'm out in less than seven minutes. It's incredibly impressive to see a team of efficient workers that consistently deliver great, speedy service regardless of the time of day. Great job to the workers, supervisors, and managers!
