Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Me an my family has ate at this Dairy Queen for years and really haven’t had any problems besides them sometimes haven an attitude some days.Well today me an my mom stopped by to get something to eat and as I was eating my fries I saw something in the box well let’s just say it was a dead baby roach in my fries. Now I haven’t had no problems with this place and I’m a regular customer but after finding this they will no longer be getting my service or my money! Do better Dairy Queen if I could I would absolutely give a zero star absolutely disgusting!

This place was so clean and friendly. I really appreciate those things since it seems to be a dying thing to be able to eat fast food at a clean and friendly place. The food was fresh and hot. Thank you to the crew. I really enjoyed my meal and pineapple sundae, too.

I had no issues with the service. The food was just ok. The price was absolutely ridiculous! It was $11 for a 4 piece chicken strip. I will not be eating here anymore. Thanks.

I got charged for someone’s else’s food and still haven’t received a refund . I saw them swipe my card 2 times why is it so hard for you to do the honest thing and just refund the-money back to my card. When I say run around for a week now smh it’s sad. I spend a lot of money here and it should have never taken a week to refund me $7 for something that was done on your end.

Restaurant was really clean, the food was good and hot and our cashier was so sweet!
