Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I got a small Chocolate Brownie Royal Blizzard and my husband got the Cheesecake Royal Blizzard. Both were really good. We went inside to order, so we didn’t have to wait in the drive through, which looked pretty busy. Even so, it took about 15 minutes for our two blizzards, which seemed a little long. Overall, the desserts were delicious, and the staff were friendly, but the wait time could be improved.

Wow. My party was blown away with the quality of both the service and our food. I got the Creamy Pineapple Dairy Queen Cooler with Tajin, which was delivered directly to our table, and Hanad, the member in training made sure that my spoon and straw didn’t come in contact with the table. Wow, what good service. The other 3 members of my group each got the new Mint Cookie Crunch dip cone, which was served on a nifty little mechanism which allowed Hanad to bring the all 3 at once, like a flight of ice cream cones. How ingenious! They were all thoroughly impressed with the creamy minty flavor. We will definitely be making a return.

I was impressed how professional and clean is this location , honestly they have the perfect balance between good crew and management, food was warm, delicious, and fast but I do want to mention Noel was the best part of my visit she rock at the register.

Good fresh food for DQ. 3 stars because the ordering in the drive-thru is 100% AI! The Voice tries to fake being human. Its accuracy is hit and miss and it really slows things down! Don't understand what's wrong with letting a human do a job better than a robot can....

Had a family sized order. missing a cake. a burger and burgers we did receive were not customized as ordered. Do yall not have a message system for delivery? Uber/doordash driver was good tho.
