I dont do this often... but I bought some food tonight and these two workers were unbelievably incompetent. They were moving around so slowly and they were talking slow and really quiet. There was nobody else there and he even asked me if i was waiting for anything, meanwhile my food was just sitting in the window. If it wasnt for the cook, i probably wouldnt even come back. Food was great, no complaints there, and he even seemed liked the only one doing his job. He had to holler 3 times that food was ready to be bagged before he finally came back and bagged it after asking me why i was there. Seemed like they were high or drunk with how slow they were. Oh also, i asked for the food to go and he asked me if i needed a bag? I dont know if thats a new thing maybe? Im used to always getting a
Me and my daughter got food poisoning from there last night. She had mentioned her fries tasted "dirty", and my onion rings werent good either. Almost positive the deep frier oil is rancid. Which is wild things like this happen at a fast food place, because its not like it comes out of their paycheck and they are footing the bill for changing out the oil, it is purely from being lazy and not wanting to do it. Sometimes its hard to tell what all makes someone sick, but i can say with total certainty it was this dairy queen that caused me and my daughter to throw up all morning. My wifes meal that didnt include anything fried was fine, she isnt sick. It would be nice to get our money back but i know fast food places make it almost impossible most the time.
I just went through the drive-thru at Dairy Queen and ordered a chili cheese dog. I was really looking forward to it, but when I got home and opened it up, there was no cheese at all—just chili on the bun. I know mistakes happen, and maybe to some this seems like a small oversight, but it completely ruined the meal for me. The cheese is a big part of what makes it a chili cheese dog. It’s really disappointing to pay for something and not get what you ordered, especially when you’re looking forward to it. Quality control matters, even with simple items.
Ordered a hamburger and when we got home my grandson couldn’t eat it. The bun was so hot he couldn’t pick it up. The cheese was so melted you could barely see it. The bun looked a year old. It was very obvious it was an older burger that had been microwaved. Pathetic.
Worst experience inside trying to have lunch with my young grandchildren. We were the only customers and the staff in the back were using very inappropriate conversation with a sexual content . When I asked to speak to the manager she was indignant. After asking her to have her staff stop the conversation it just continued just as loud and added in mockery with it. All the staff in the back were brown adults and this behavior is completely unacceptable in a service industry.
