Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband. The one on the right is what I ordered and the one on the left if the one I received. Very disappointed. *Replying back to dairy queens what I'm gonna assume was an apology* The fact that the cake you advertised looked good, Reese's cups all on top, then when I pick it up it looks like something I would've received from wish! That even makes the customer service horrible and you will not be the place I think of ordering another ice cream cake from or any other food from you establishment.

Service here is horrible, the cook was just chilling in the back not caring enough to cook I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple 6 piece chicken strips in a basket with a large fry when I checked my order I got the size of a kids meal fry that you’d get from a McDonald’s. If you go there hungry, you will still be hungry after you leave. Hundred percent would not recommend. Service is too slow, to be working in a fast paced environment.

We were looking for a different place to take our grandchild for dinner last night. I was a bit shocked as the restaurant was dimly lit, dirty, took a while to get our food & it was horrible! The onion rings cost $4.39 and the container only had FIVE onion rings in it!! The chicken nuggets were gross & appeared to be e reheated frozen nuggets. The cheeseburger was mediocre at best. It was more expensive than other fast food restaurants. I finally get our order & they forgot to give us the blizzard. (That was the only thing good there!) in my Wife's words " it sucked!")

Service here is terrible. You’ll end up waiting 30-40 minutes for a box of chicken that is somehow messed up. I don’t think I’ve had a time where I’ve gone here and not had my order messed up. I’ve also had multiple occasions where the employees have forgotten my order entirely.

We got there when they first opened, the place was clean people were friendly and the food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger combo and a funnel cake for dessert. They accidentally brought us a strawberry, but fixed the mistake and immediately brought us a caramel without having to ask and they even let's keep the mess up. But the caramel is still better hands down!
