Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I come to this dairy queen quite often, and have always had a great experience. Recenty a girl at the has been working the drive through window with dark hair, piercings and wears all black…. She is incredibly rude and off putting. She acts like she hates her job, is really unattentive, and seems miserable. She makes smart ass remarks to customers and it's so disrespectful. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth everytime I come there. I've seen her a few times and she always acts the same way. some friends of mine have said the same thing and remembered the girl too. I'm sure she treats more customers the same well. I'm sure management can find someone who will enjoy there job and can provide better customer service. It's time to let that girl go!

It's a little disruptive when you're just hungry and you want to pull into the drive-thru only to be told that they don't serve hot food at a certain time. Only ice cream is what the employee said they were selling. To close down the grill early due to a manager preference or a employee preference is non-professional. Needs to be addressed. Please fix problem. I do like this location and the food always seems to be hot and good. While the employees could use a little bit of customer service skills, this dairy Queen is still a great location.

This is the worst dairy Queen we have ever seen. Half the time they're out of ice cream. They're blizzards are flavored ice cream there are no chunks in them. They faint that the blender is messed up and they're getting a new one but they never do. It is the running joke in the area does dairy Queen actually serve ice cream!! When you asked them to remake a blizzard because it is completely smooth, they get an attitude to do it or they tell you they're going to have to charge you more because there was stuff in there but the blender pulverized it LOL!!! This location needs to close down or they need to get their crap together. This has been ongoing for at least 15 years

I wanted a hot fudge sundae, but they were OUT OF HOT FUDGE !!! So I ordered a caramel one - it's an easy thing to make but was overflowing with ice cream, therefore there was no space for the caramel sauce and it mostly flowed off onto the table! It was a mess. My husband's Blizzard was NOT made right - way too blended, not yummy chunks, and it didn't have all the ingredients it was supposed to. He took it back to the counter only to have them tell us "yes it does! " The guy who took our order at the counter was a mumbler - we could hardly hear or understand him. Their next customer after us was NOT happy with his order either, and told us so as he passed our table on his way out. Getting ice cream should not be a bad experience!!!! Dairy Queen should always be a happy fun

Wow, such a clean facility. Driving into this establishment is a little awkward. The drive through exit is right in front of the entrance to the parking lot and people are checking their food and don't pull to the right. They often block the entrance as they exit. The food is good and the ice cream is great. We added some pretzel sticks to our order and the dipping cheese had just the right amount of spice. They're pretty tasty. The staff here is relatively young but they know what they're doing. This is a great place for a quick bite. Having a birthday or just need to take some ice cream home with you? This location has a freezer you can walk over to and select a Cake or your favorite to go flavor from. A great way to beat the crowd.
