The night shift is just not good. Day shift great anytime I go but anytime you go after like 7pm they either will give you mini strips and call it a 4 piece (look more like nuggets) or this in the picture which is barely sauced even though it’s supposed to be sauced and tossed right? I ordered honey bbq chicken and there’s like barely even any bbq I should’ve just paid for a regular basket for this why would I pay extra when they don’t even toss it

Do not buy flamethrower chicken it taste like straight black pepper. I took 1 bite and i swear all i tasted was pepper and nothing else. The staff was amazing.

I spent over 50 dollars there and asked for no ketchup for a friend of mine and alas, ketchup on all the burgers. I don't mind personally but how can I order something for a friend when they mess up the order like that? Especially when I'm already dropping so much money just to not have it made properly. Normally I wouldn't comment and rate and stuff but it happens everytime I request no ketchup and I think I'm just done going to that location. Also it was in the drive through so we didn't catch it til we got home, otherwise I probably wouldn't be so peeved about it.

My wife and I were happy with the food and the staff we interacted with. However, a manager did scold a young employee in front of customers (us and a few other folks), which we thought particularly unprofessional for a person in a leadership position. It's one thing to correct a kid quietly, it's another to do it in front of a bunch of people for a trivial thing.

I don't know what you guys did but the fries that I had had some Brown specks on it and tasted good up until about the 12th fry and then all I got was a taste of dry urine that permeated throughout my mouth. And I mean like urine that's been dried on the floor. It just smelled and tasted like pee. I was a bit apprehensive to bite into the burger so I inspected it and took about one bite and I'm sure it might be placebo but pretty sure it tasted like some cleaner too. So i spat that out. Im never coming back here again idk what kind cleanliness standards you guys are running my order was around 6:19-6:25ish. Maybe it was the ranch? Idk fast food is bad for me anyway so i consider it a blessing in disguise but the taste of licking a music festival porta potty wasn't worth it to guide me to s
