Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This location is normally great. I'll drive to this one even when closer to another location because I normally get great service. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday and get a large mint Oreo blizzard that came as a regular Oreo blizzard. I had had a small one a few days before and it came out green. This one was white. When I asked him if they had heard me order mint, he told me it was mint. It wasn't. Maybe a hint of mint at the top. I get mistakes, but when I questioned it, you should've admitted it and fixed it.

They are nice but the quality of dipped cone is not the best. Chocolate is too shallow compared to other DQs and the Sundae itself doesn't have the DQ's creamy dense texture than other places. This is not the first time and they have had low quality dipped cones at least 2 years. So I don't think it was a specific person's fault. For ice creams or Blizards, just try Savoy DQ.

Gave us free candles for my friend birthday and everybody devoured the really cute Heart ice cream cake we bought 🩷🩷

Entered the drive thru at 9:59pm, vehicle in front of me got served just fine. Spoke to the person on the box at 9:59pm. "We are closed". What a garbage business when you are 5 cars deep in people waiting for their crap and technically you dont close until 10pm. Wont be spending money here anymore. Spend $40 a month here until now. Enough customers stop buying and that really compounds. Culvers gets my money now.

Good ice cream blizzard. We sa many different ice cream cakes and pies for graduations, birthday parties, etc... Nice wide selection of Blizzards, ice cream cones, shakes, etc.., and chicken strips, burgers, chilli dogs, etc... polite, courteous and attentive staff. Lobby was clean. Conveniently located.
