Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The food was good but I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru AFTER I had already given them my money. All I bought was a burger and fries. There were lots of employees walking back and forth so it didn't look like staffing was an issue. I don't understand why it took so long.

The gravy is way too watery!!! I ordered 3 for my chicken basket dinner and they're watered down!! No thickness whatsoever to dip my chicken and fries in!! Please, fix the gravy issue otherwise everything else was very good and tasty but disappointed because I was hungry and craving a DQ chicken basket with gravy. Just need fix gravy, more thickness. It also tasted like it was watered down milk!! Thank you. I hope management sees this so night crew is able fix.

Amazing server at the window, had the Bluest Eyes and her service matched her aura and kindness. Haven't had DQ in years but I'll definitely be back as the strip basket and blizzard were top tier 👌

I ordered a cheeseburger and an ice cream. The ice cream was great, but the burger was really bad. The burger meat was completely cold without any warmth. It still felt like leftover meat from the previous day.

Ordered a Flamethrower burger in the drive thru, see picture for the amount of sauce they didn’t put on. Just do your job! Also got my kid a Oreo blizzard there was an equivalent to a quarter of an Oreo in the whole thing. We don’t eat out to often and now i remember why. $30 for 1 combo and 2 small blizzards and dip cone and bad service.
