This location has the nicest employees. Very respectful staff. Cleanest DQ restaurant I've been to lately. These kids deserve credit, not only do they handle their business with respect and politeness but they understand how to operate under pressure even when the customers are primarily older and mostly senior citizens. These guys really empress me I've seen a late night dinner rush and I'm telling you it looked tough, but they kept to it and worked together. I kicked back and observed from the patio as smiling face after smiling face were helped and served kindly with attentiveness whether there was an issue or a delay, the staff relayed and communicated any and all. Awesome team work. The whole place is operating with locales to bring a real sense of community. I am truly happy to repor

If I could give no stars I definitely would. The girls who do the drive-thru do not pay attention when you place your order they will try to ring you up for two or three meals and then get mad at you when you tell them you only ordered one. They actually snap at you through the intercom it's absolutely hilarious as I am a combat veteran and these little punks are treating this drive-thru like it's their banana Republic. Another thing is they like to mumble a lot and have their private conversations while you're placing your order yet you hear the entire conversation over the loudspeaker. I will give it to either the owner or the corporate whoever owns this place it's nice and new and the menu board is nice and bright unfortunately the people that work there are not nice nor bright. I come here often, and my experience has been very good. The staff is well-trained and they appear to hire people who have good attitudes, good work ethic and provide good customer service. Along with new items on the menu they still continue to serve the standards that I have enjoyed for decades. I still enjoy a peanut Buster parfait. Lately, I've been ordering the chicken salad as a healthy alternative. This restaurant is clean, which is always a plus. The service afforded me has been excellent.

I know this is still a relatively new location but they don't seem to be progressing at all. Their burger patties tasted old. Like if they pre-made them in anticipation of a dinner rush. I waited 30 minutes after ordering for some "fresh" fries that were cold and tasted just as old as the burger. I asked for mayonnaise instead of mustard and no pickles and didn't get either of those. Finally, I ordered a pecan cluster blizzard with my food, and they made that in two minutes and handed it to me first as I waited for the rest of my order. No pecans or caramel pieces. They blended it all together like a shake. The picture says it all. I love Dairy Queen, but this location is ruining it for me. After 3 bad experiences, I don't think I'll be going back and would not recommend anyone go here for

Waste of Money. Service was nice but the burgers were so heavy of mustard that's all it tasted like. I don't mind condiments, but it was not edible. I called the manager. She told me she would give me a refund. I explained to her if my husband went up there I wanted a full refund, he went up there and she gave him only a partial refund and hung up on me when I called back. I will never come back and will tell everyone to never go.
