Dairy Queen

Stood online for 15 minutes in the cold (Which is fine, I was prepared to do so, just setting the scene), Only to be told when I asked for a cake that he was too busy To write on it. Then it changed to I would have to wait or make the guy online behind me wait, Because he was behind (doorDash orders maybe? I have no idea.)….. My apologies if I’m not understanding why I would have to wait when I already waited in line. Any other time I’ve had a cake written on, it’s extremely quick. Stopped at this one out of convenience, but lesson learned. Wyckoff it is from now on!

Beware of unfilled cones. Been coming here for a while but lately the ice cream has been super runny and you don’t get consistent amounts. May give it one last shot but may just switch to the Wyckoff location.. I just want to get what I’m paying for.

Third time in two weeks I’ve gotten a cotton candy blizzard and no candy toppings like the previous comment mentioned. It’s like essentially eating vanilla ice cream. So incredibly cheap , you will be missing out on our family’s purchases here on forward. Sent my wife again to give it another shot, both our cotton candy blizzards only had toppings in the first inch of the medium and small blizzards. The entire bottom was once again nothing but soft serve vanilla . Unbelievable I went to Wayne today and this is what it’s supposed to look like

They custom made the most tastiest Ice Cream cake I ever had! The manager and staff were so patient and kind helping me select options from their binder. I gave them 3 days to create it and they nailed it! Delicious!

Actually disappointed here. Was there at 730pm tonight and ordered 3 blizzard to go and when we got home with them we noticed 2 of them were fine, but mine which was a large chocolate blizzard with Reese cups. My blizzard was all chocolate ice cream and the Reese cups sitting on top. Nothing was mixed in it. If I wanted just chocolate ice cream I would have had it in a cone. What a waste of money I spent on the large blizzard. When I placed the order at the counter all the girls working were too busy talking with each other. 2 were on there phones. They need to be a little more professional and getting the customer orders right, instead of being on there phones. I think I will be traveling to ringwood to get Diary Queen from now on.
