The atmosphere is horrendous! Tables were all dirty!! Mold on the ceiling as well, CRAZY. The health department needs to come here ASAP. If it looks like this where we eat, I can’t imagine the back. We will definitely not return to this dirty location!!

Absolutely horrible experience. We came to get blizzards for the family and got horrible service and blizzards. They should be embarrassed for serving the blizzards to us the way that they did. The man at the window didn’t say a word the whole time we were at the window while handing us our melted blizzards and was annoyed when I asked for napkins to clean up the ice cream that was dripping down my hands when he handed it to me. So much for the upside down test.

Went through drive thru to order dinner and I had some questions on a new food item on the menu. Employee Eric F answered my questions with kindness and provided great customer service. Thank you

Come to DQ after a school performance (7pm) and waited in drive thru for 30 mins! This is not the first time I’ve waiting in line, I hope this time would be quicker. Not sure if they are short staffed but please train workers on urgency. The worker at the window seems to be taking her time.

Came in with my construction crew and wasn't going to eat, the manager brought me som free tacos because he saw me not eating, one of the nicest gestures I've ever experienced. They also had a wheel to spin if you donate 2$ to a childrens charity. Definitely one of the most wholesome places I've ever eaten, thankyou to everyone working here. -Cory
