Keep driving. This location is quite outdated, but that is not the issue. The service is below standard for cleanliness and infection prevention—no handwashing but touching dirty things (like wiping noses). The wait time for food and even just ice cream is SO LONG. This location seems expensive. $15.50 for 6 chicken strips?? 🤔 Next time we’ll keep driving….
I should've just kept driving to the next town over. Looks like they cook the chicken strips to order, those were fresh and it's probably the reason it took so long to get our order. My salad was served on a salad platter LID. There was barely any lettuce. The grilled chicken looked and tasted like it's been sitting there for a while waiting on me to order it. I ordered a water and the cashier used my cup as a scoop for some ice and proceeded to fill my cup out of the hand washing sink. I went back to the cashier and asked if they were out of salad bowls and that was the reason why I got only the lid. She said no and explained that it was standard procedure to use just the lids but assured me that they put the right amount of lettuce. I disagreed and she went to the back and without washin
When I went in to place my order just the number one, when they was making my food I witnessed the worker in the back reaches bare hands into the jalapenos and then walk around the counter and put jalapenos on the customer ordered and then he carried the it out to that customer I ended up not even eating the food and throwing the food away because it was very disgusting if they was doing that to someone else's food I didn't know what they could do to mine
I usually love Dairy Queen, but my visit to the Aspermont location was disappointing. It’s unfortunate when staff seem unhappy or disengaged, especially in a small-town restaurant where customer experience matters so much. We weren’t greeted when we arrived—an employee simply stood at the register waiting for us to order and seemed more focused on watching outside for a coworker to arrive. When that coworker showed up, the comment “You’re fired!” was shouted across the restaurant, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Our food took a long time, and I eventually had to ask if the order sitting in the window was ours. When we finally received it, the food was only lukewarm and the fries were undercooked. Experiences like this make it hard for small-town restaurants to succeed, and tha
Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes. I was the only car. Not one sound on speaker. I left without being served. Only three customers inside the store. Same thing happened two years ago. I won't return.
