Dairy Queen Store

Worst DQ we have ever been to. We ordered the chicken strip basket. The fries were cold, chicken strips were hot because they were well done nearly burned and the bread was burnt toast with no butter. The gravy was gross. It did not look white. Workers were clueless and the tables were all dirty. Extremely disappointed.

Coming in from out of town stopped to get a bite to eat. Tables were dirty, floors were unswepped, facilities were dirty trash was over flowing and out of toilet paper. Stood in line to order took person In front of me order told her they what she had ordered when in fact they did not. It was then my turn to order and she looked at me and very rudely said " its gonna be a minute before I get to you" so we just left. Do not recommend going to this place they are out of pretty much everything and are extremely rude.

This place should genuinely be shut down. It is unsanitary. Prices change constantly, workers are clueless, food is always somehow old despite having a 20min average wait time, shakes are literally just flavored milk, blizzards are all watered down and are basically thick milk by the time you get it. This is genuinely the worst place to stop in the entire 100 mile radius. Zero redeeming qualities.

Worst dairy Queen, I have ever been to. Soda was flat, steak finger had a funny taste. Employees looked like they were doing you a favor. Tray the food came on was dirty. Won't be back. Wife said her tacos weren't bad.

Me and my friends were traveling from West Texas to Austin and we had the pleasure of stopping at the Dairy Queen in Mason, Texas. There was only one girl and one man working and at the same time that we arrived, there was a big 4 PM rush. They handled the rush with such grace and care and quickly made our food and it still tasted fresh Although they were severely understaffed, it didn’t feel like it because of how fast we got our food and we got it with A great attitude.
