Dairy Queen (Treat)

My three young daughters were so excited to visit Dairy Queen for the very first time after seeing videos on TikTok. We drove 35 minutes out of our way to support the Coral Springs location, and sadly, it turned out to be a disappointing experience that left us all feeling hurt and unseen. When we arrived, the restaurant was clean, well-lit, and fully stocked with cakes and frozen treats. A few customers were seated, and some kids were enjoying their desserts. It looked promising. Upon entering, I approached the counter and asked a team member named Sarah if there was a restroom. She didn’t respond. Another young lady came to the front, and I waited again for a reply, but still, no one acknowledged me. I urgently needed to use the restroom, so I left my daughters at the counter and asked

Absolutely terrible terrible terrible customer service. The person at the register saw me standing at the pick up area for a solid seven minutes and continued to take customers orders and act like I wasn’t there even after I got the notification that the order I was there to pick up was Ready. I cannot say how terrible the customer service is absolutely humiliating For the franchise owner

Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but the lady working this morning and also yesterday is a GEM! Finally a good staff member here! I’m showing appreciation of her with this 5* review! She was so nice yesterday 09.19 friday when I ordered a cake and she was just as amazing today 09.20. When I picked it up! Thank you for making my day very happy with your kindness and big smile on your face.

Came in with my husband and my 2 kids asked for EXTRA sprinkles he said no so I told him i am willing to pay for extra he said no and we dont have extra it’s not even coming out of his paycheck All I wanted was a lil more sprinkle and he even got upset when I asked for more bad service!!!

Attempted to get ice cream over the weekend and found Lindsay working alone during a busy time. She was doing her best, trying to service a long line of customers and keep a smile on her face. The temperature in the store is way too hot and very uncomfortable. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and need to do a better job planning for peak hours.!
