Dairy Queen (Treat)

Had a great experience here! Got to try the new flavors before finally placing my order, the staff was very patient and accommodating. They were also fast, even though there was now a line they handled all the customers quickly with a smile! Definitely recommend this location- always clean and they never disappoint with the service!

My experience at this Dairy Queen location was disappointing. When I asked a simple question about item availability, the employee responded rudely, saying, ‘Just read what it says and it’s obvious,’ even though the main menu indicated the item was available. This kind of dismissive attitude is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression. The store itself was also underwhelming. It was small, untidy, and lacked proper seating, making it uncomfortable for customers to enjoy their treats. A bit more attention to cleanliness and organization would make a big difference. Overall, the poor customer service and unkempt environment make it hard to recommend this location. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers!!

Great family atmosphere. Very friendly staff- Kimberly was very sweet to indulge my son and let him taste different flavors. We live in Plantation but drive to that location. Always puts a smile on our face 😊

The staff at this location is top tier. The high schooler with the curly hair who calls people “boss” and the other kid with glasses who works night shift with him are very warm and friendly. It’s a breath of fresh air that good customer service exists in south Florida and I love seeing teenagers actually work. 🙏 Also the Superman blizzard is INCREDIBLE.

This Dairy Queen is always a delight! Friendly service and consistently great treats. Definitely deserves a five-star rating.
