Dairy Queen (Treat)

I recently ordered a custom birthday cake from this Dairy Queen, and I couldn't be happier! The owner-ALOK is incredibly helpful, kind, and so creative with the cake designs. They really took the time to make sure the cake was perfect for the celebration. Not only did it look amazing, but the ice cream was the best I’ve had—fresh and delicious. If you need a cake for a special occasion, I highly recommend coming here!

Kindness is greater than Grifting. I stopped at the Dairy Queen on Devon in Elk Grove Village,  IL. When I went in, I observed an older, upwardly mobile woman. She flashed a laminated picture with words and an image to verify her disability to ask for free food. The owner looked it over and said he wouldn't give her free food, but he would give her a free cone. She somehow fangled him into agreeing to give her 4 more cones, for her children.  The owner said he would if they would come in the store.  Notice, the business owner abided by his promise to give, anyone else would have kicked her out. She pointed across the busy street to the gas station.  She insisted she would carry 5 ice cream cones by herself across a busy street. I observed on her arm she had a Neon yellow hospital bracelet
