Dairy Queen (Treat)

My mom went to Dairy Queen to pick up an Birthday ice cream cake for my little brother. It was ordered a week ago and was supposed to be done by 1pm today. When my mom got to the store a little after 2pm, the cake was not decorated yet and was told that it would be another 45 minutes to be competed. She was not going to wait so the only reason why they get one star is because she was given the plain ice cream cake 50% off. I will not be taking my own family there anymore.

The black lady manager is the absolute worst. Very bad attitude and slams your orders on the counter. Like it isn’t my food to begin with but I have standards when I deliver them to my customers. I’m understanding that when she gets overwhelmed she literally gives all her customers a bad experience here. Well you get what you pay for when you hire children to speak to adults the way they do. Dairy Queen, del taco, Popeyes, are the absolute worst to pick up from. Now obviously Dairy Queen employees are not all bad. It’s just one specific that gave me such a horrible attitude. Why I don’t know and I am aware it isn’t personal. But damn dude treat people with respect it isn’t hard. I once ran 3 restaurants as a Food&Beverage Manager never treat the people that pay my paycheck with disrespect.

Tyler gave incredible customer service. Lots of places I go to definitely need more employees like him. Store was clean and the atmosphere was great. I recommend this store to anyone in the area. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back again.

We went in the morning and it was very busy. Only one person was working and he was handling both drive through and in store orders. The wait time was more than 20 minutes, but he was clearly trying his best. He even gave us a complimentary ice cream for the delay. Really nice customer service despite the rush.

The menu offered a great mix of classic favorites and seasonal treats, and everything we ordered came out fresh and tasty. The Blizzard was perfectly mixed, the burgers were hot and flavorful, and the fries were crisp. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating. Overall, it felt like more than just a fast-food stop, it was a genuinely enjoyable place to relax and enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
