Dairy Queen (Treat)

Its Dairy Queen, the ice cream is good, tastes great, no issues there. On one visit earlier this year we got a different flavor blizzard than what we ordered (still ate it, it was pretty good.) The employees, however, need some training or help. It seems they are more interested in finishing talking to each other or their friends rather than customers. How about a little eye contact when talking also (kinda makes you feel like they are actually LISTENING to the order?)

Blizzard is great but was a bit messy with chocolate on the outside of the cup.

We enjoy this DQ as they offer chocolate soft serve in addition to the regular vanilla, and they seem to have treat flavours we don’t always see in Canada. A Peanut Buster Parfait made with chocolate soft serve is awesome for chocoholics. This location is always busy, especially the drive thru, so we normally eat in, although there’s limited tables. Rarely do the staff have time to clean the tables here, so be prepared to do it yourself. Worth it for the delicious treats!

We have come here several times. Mostly in the drive through. Today was different. The speaker was hard to understand and the girl on the other end was having a great time laughing and asking for our order several times. Then getting it wrong anyway. We just ordered a couple small cones! The staff was just fooling around and laughing and joking. It's great to have fun, but at the expense of customers, I don't think so. There was a long line in the drive through as there usually is. But our cones were finally right and we left satisfied.

I’m normally a big fan of the DQ. This one is not great. Blizzard had nearly no toppings. Generally apathetic staff who could care less. I was the only in store customer and it was as though I was a burden to them.
