Dairy Queen (Treat)

Considering how busy this place is, we were served very quickly. I've cream and shakes were great! Service was perfect and we were in and out quick. Win/win

I got a small blizzard that was an inch below the top of the cup. I asked about it and the guy said they were told not to over fill. I’m not saying overfill but fill it to the top. Never again at this location.

I love this Dairy Queen. Awesome service! Manager Joice Vento always goes above and beyond and serves with a smile. Always attentive and always pleasant. Always clean. Always makes my Blizzard just how I like it!!! To the staff and crew of Dairy Queen Pines Thank you! Amazing!

Joice, is so helpful! She really is knowledgeable about the product that she serves, as well as her customers. She is a real asset to the business. I always leave wearing a smile when I am helped by her.

For ice cream treats yes come here. For good customer service do not come here. The 2 older women do not care about customer satisfaction, their goals are selling the products at the exact price, not selling 3 gummy worms to a little girls 1 scoop cup and closing the store before 10pm. It says it closes at 10pm. But that is untrue, we have driven there many times and they are already trying to close the store at 9:30pm or sooner. For sure at 9:45 they are already locking the doors. Come early, fingers crossed you don’t get the 2 older ladies, and hopefully you want exactly what the picture shows, add ons and substitutions I think are frown upon.
