Dairy Queen (Treat)

Went to Dairy Queen with my grandson. The place was overwhelmed with customers. I ordered a mint oreo blizzard and received a vanilla oreo blizzard. My grandson ordered a chocolate brownie blizzard and received something chocolate but no brownie. It was not worth our time to get it fixed.

the place definitely needs an upgrade, the cashier machine seems like it’s from the 90’s. The drinks and blizzard was good as always and the staff was friendly!

UPDATE! Fresh paint, new counters and tables. Same great kids and service! I’ll keep coming back. ….. Kids are great! Always friendly and quick with the blizzards.

Didn’t have the strawberry cheesecake flavor but said they had cheesecake which normally came with pieces of cheesecake in it but I got bland vanilla mixed with gram crackers like it’s Ben and Jerry’s.

This branch is TRASH. Unprofessional, lazy teenagers that close early when they want to and don’t make things the way they are supposed to. Milky blizzards that they don’t flip upside down for obvious reasons and small portions on classics is pure disrespect to the brand. Even our 9 year old said what’s wrong with this branch when we handed him his blizzard. Don’t take my word for it, go to any other Dairy Queen in the area and there is no comparison. We will not be returning ever, a gift card for triple what we spent wouldn’t bring me back to this branch. I would rather drive 20 minutes to Trooper or Pottstown.
