Dairy Queen (Treat)

This store often has a sewer smell. It's gross. This store also is out of things regularly: dip for the cones, chocolate ice cream, toppings. With so many ice cream options in the area, this business should be managed more effectively in order to attract/retain customers.

I will not be returning to this DQ. I ordered a mocha moolate with extra cocoa fudge. I used to work at Dairy Queen, and I know that it shouldn’t look or taste anything like this. I ended up throwing it away, it was not good. Hot dog was old or overcooked, tough and dark. Chip bags covered in dust. Only thing good was the pretzels. I asked for my stuff in a bag, which she sat on the counter and watched as I bagged my own food.

The smell of sewer is so strong I don’t even want to stand in here to wait for my to go order. I will not be returning. Health department should come check them out. This smell can’t be safe.

I ordered a cake and told the lady which design I wanted and that I wanted all boy colors. It was made with pink and blue frosting, not what I asked for. The lady working was very rude and didn't even apologize for the miscommunication or offer to fix it. I will never go back here the customer service is awful and they don't care about their customers. When ordering a cake make sure she repeats everything back to you to make sure she got it correct!!!

When I tried to place an order the man kept interrupting me. He did not thank me at the end, either. He had no concept of basic manners.
