Dairy Queen (Treat)

This is the absolute worst dairy queen. The blizzards are only half mixed every time you get one. Also, I always get the same blizzard at any dairy queen we visit, banana split blizzard. It has been off of the menu for years but every other dairy queen we go to still will make it since they always have the ingredients for a regular banana split. This diary queen refuses to make it. Last time they said they were out of bananas and today they just don't make it any more. The workers are also act like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there.

This places ONLY sells hotdogs. Overpriced ones at that. We went for chicken and was informed only hotdogs. I ordered the 7 dollar meal deal for my kids which is a chili cheese hot dog with chips drink an sundae. I requested plain hotdogs bc my children will not eat the toppings. I was charged instead for a plain hot dog combo for 6.99. When I asked where the sundaes was she said i didnr order any. She refused to let the kids have them bc she(the manager) claimed it wasnt what I ordered. 1 cent difference that I would have gladly paid for. She said I would have to purchase them again.

I ordered a custom blizzard cake 4 days before I needed it for my bosses birthday party. When I went to pick it up they informed me that they “forgot to make it.” I will never give this location my business again.

My daughter & grandchildren were treated horribly at the S Knoll Rd Dairy Queen in Southern Pines, NC. First, they were wanting chicken but were told that only hotdogs were available. Second, she tried to order the $7.00 meal deal (see poster picture) but requested the hotdogs to be plain because the grandchildren won’t eat the toppings. Instead of the two $7.00 meal deals, the employee charged for 2 hotdog meals (see picture of receipt) for $6.99. When the order was handed to my daughter, all she got were plain hotdogs. She had to ask for the chips that were supposed to be with the $6.99 meal instead of the fries wanted included in the $7.00 meal. Went to drive in, no one in line but me. Dude comes on and says, hi. Sorry, but 15-20 minutes wait. Said ok, we can pass. DQ isn't that good. Not sure what was going on but hopefully he was having fun.
