Dairy Queen (Treat)

I ordered from this location on 1/10 around 10:30pm. Please explain to me why my vanilla icecream Sundae was completely black. This guy drenched the Sundae in hot fudge to the point where I couldn’t taste anything else. It was disgusting and I almost barfed. When I asked him why my sundae was completely black, he stated it was the hot fudge and I told him this was way too much fudge. He just starred at me, as if he had no care and was not remaking it. In what world does a brownie Sundae contain this much fudge? These employees obviously need training and customer service skills. I will never go back!

The ice cream was delightful, and the young man working there was exceptionally gentle, quick, and attentive, making the entire visit a truly pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience at DQ. The young man was friendly, quick, and provided great customer service. The prices were a little high, but the service was excellent.

Ordered a birthday cake with advanced notice. I’m pretty sure I was double charged.. not sure why I was charged $61 for a 10inch cake. It also looked like a kindergartner did the writing. Very disappointed. Ended up having to order a cake from a different shop in the area.

Worst place ever! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. There’s only one worker, and she doesn’t talk or communicate at all. It took her almost an hour just to make one ice cream. Terrible service!
