We really enjoyed our visit to Dan. We tried a little bit of everything. The chicken fried rice and pork pan seared dumpling was my favorite. The pickled cucumber and pork bun and steamed dumpling were also very good. Only one we would not order again was the crispy chicken dumpling. Just not our style.

The food here was delicious! We also appreciated that you can choose to get a full vs large size which was great for trying many different things.

We got chicken noodle soup, they let us get half, and veggie fried rice. Really good umami flavor and had a nice sesame taste in the soup. Very warm, healthy and comforting choice of restaurant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This restaurant was a wonderful surprise. The Chinese food was incredibly delicious—fresh, healthy, and full of flavor without feeling heavy or overly greasy. Every dish tasted thoughtfully prepared with quality ingredients and well-balanced seasoning. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about both the food and their guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flavorful, wholesome Chinese food paired with excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

Had dinner here during a long layover at LAX. Food was just OK. The first red flag was that none of the service nor kitchen staff were Chinese or even Asian. The second red flag was that none of the guests except our table were Chinese/Asians either. Ordered some fried rice, noodles, dumplings, Xiao Long baos, bok choy and mapo tofu to share. The pork chop fried rice was decent but no wok hei, chicken fried rice was kind if bland, ox tail noodles were extremely bland, bok choy was decent, chicken dan mein was OK, mapo tofu didn't hit the spot. Service was decent and ambience was bright and modern like their name.
