Customer Reviews
I wasn’t sure whether to visit after reading some of the reviews, but this is the only place near me that serves seafood boil, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered 1 lb of shrimp (no head) and 1 lb of crawfish. I think the shrimp was around $26 and the crawfish about $16. I chose the “all seasoning” with a hot spice level. Parking is a bit tight, so I recommend being careful when pulling in and out because cars come by quickly. Inside, the restaurant was clean, and as soon as I arrived, an Asian woman greeted me kindly. I told her I was there for a pickup order, and she was very friendly. I asked if I could get some lemon, and she happily gave me a cup filled with it. I did think the prices were a little high, but the moment I opened the bag at home, that thought disappeared. The por
Amazing! We were total rookies, and they were so patient and helpful! Everything was delicious! Had the 'All Mix' flavor. Wanted hot, but was afraid it would be too hot. Ordered medium, and when she came to see how it was, I said it was delicious...could have been a tad spicier...but not complaining at all. She brought out a bowl of spicy! So good. Super friendly. Wonderful service!
Agose’ was my server and he was amazing. Food came quick. It was hot and very flavorful. My lemon drops were the best thing I’ve ever known.
First time here - we usually go to Hook & Reel closer to home but we were in the area furniture shopping. Little flavor to the boil and the fried calamari was definitely overcooked. One of the crab legs was a sponge consistency and had chilled liquid inside - not a pleasant surprise. Our server was very, very nice but unfortunately, not very attentive. We had to ask for refills, to-go containers and our ticket. We appreciate not being hounded while trying to dine but a check-in here & there to make sure drinks don’t need refilled is necessary. The environment was clean. It wasn’t the worst experience but we don’t plan to return.
Everything was great but if your a bigger person ask for a table, the booths are kinda skinny. Everything else is great. Love this place.
