Daniel’s Food Truck feels like eating at my friend’s Spanish house. The Birria Tacos taste homemade, the Steak Nachos are addictive, and the Carne Asada is packed with flavor. Everything feels crafted with care, not rushed. Easily one of my favorite food trucks around. It's price but what isn't. Still this place is worth it. Love you, Daniel's!!!!!!!!

Daniel’s Birria Tacos hit me right in the childhood. No substitutions, no fancy twists — just that deep, slow‑cooked flavor that tastes exactly like the ones my mom used to make. Juicy, tender, and perfect with the consomé. This truck is the real deal. I loved the service. Daniel's is quickly becoming my regular ordering spot.

My friends and I were looking for birria tacos but most of the places in CT are terrible. New York has amazing Birria Tacos. But Daniel's has the best in birria tacos in all of CT! I got them the other night and they were FIRE. Today I came back for the Shuko and Gauchito — salty, savory, and full of that Guatemalan street‑food punch. Pair that with birria tacos, and you’ve got a truck that’s impossible to visit just once. I'll be back.

Best food cart in Stamford! Food tasted so amazingly good! And was provided great courtesy service. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of steak or the finner things in life!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I first heard about Daniel’s Food Truck when they catered my company’s Christmas party in Norwalk — the food was amazing! A while later, I started seeing the truck in downtown Stamford and decided to stop by after work one night. I usually get out late and could never find a good spot open after hours until I found Daniel’s. I tried the **Lomo Saltado**, and my friend got the **Birria tacos** — both were incredible. Ever since then, I’ve been going back all the time. Great food, friendly service, and always consistent. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
