Danny's Bagels

I’ve been coming to Danny’s Bagels in Lynbrook for a while, and ever since the new owners took over, the customer service has really gone downhill. Between the barrier setup, the way customers are treated, and the overall vibe, it’s honestly disappointing. The staff seems uninterested and unwelcoming, which was never the case before. I truly hope they work on improving their customer service skills, because this place used to be a go-to spot.

I live nearby and this used to be my go to. The last time I was there with my two young kids the server was very rude, and at one point threw down the bag of bagels because I asked for a separate bag for plain bagels. I told the cashier (who I had seen many times before), and like someone else here mentioned he didn't seem to care and just rushed me out. Very disappointing and won't be back.

Toasted egg everything bagel with lox spread. Bagels used to be fresh and doughy. The bagels recently taste stale and bland. Prices insane and service horrible. Counter person more interested in his phone than his customers.

Horrible Experience. Was overcharged. Customer service is nonexistent. The teller was on his phone. The new ownership is doing a poor job at keeping customers who have been going there for years. Would never go again. 0/10 would not recommend.

Their customer service is shit!!! I don’t know what would it take for them to have good customer service! I thought it was language barrier but it’s just a lack of customer service. Who argues back and forth with customers. Not even the manager I’m assuming at the cash register intervene like a manager would do as a REPRESENTATION of the company/store. He was just trynna shut me up and get me out.
