Dante's Pizza & Restaurant

I've tried over 13 different pizza places in the area from here to Fort Lee & Dantes has been my go the next day IMMEDIATELY after not having the same experience and atmosphere Mario provides. They are the most friendly people around here. They always have a conversation waiting for you and are truly good people. The food is as good as they are as people.

We randomly found this place on the Slice app a couple weeks ago when our normal place was closed for vacation and we’re so happy we did. The food is so flavorful and delicious. We were so impressed with our take out order that we wanted to visit in person and dine in which we did tonight. I think the food was even better and the owners and everyone who works there were so exceptionally nice and friendly. We can’t wait to go back. When you visit, get the chicken francese. You won’t be disappointed!

One of the best pizzas in NJ. Me and my friend biked over there to have one of the best slices out there. Amazing service and the owner was nice enough to give us free garlic knots. Hospitality is perfect. Much recommend

Pizza was just okay. Staff could be nicer. Met up with a new friend and the place we wanted to eat was closed for some reason so we went here since it was close by. We were enjoying our slices but the staff came over and started questioning where we're from, what we do for work, etc.. it was super awkward. I assume this was because it was less than an hour within their closing time (which we didn't know at that point).. yeah don't worry guys we won't be back.. it was more than clear we weren't welcome to sit and eat comfortably and enjoy our time so perhaps get rid of the tables if you don't want patrons to eat there.
