Darussalam Mediterranean & Ethiopian Restaurant

Food was exquisite, well seasoned, and visually appealing. We ordered something spicy, forgot what it was, but it hit the spot as far as taste was concerned. The coffee was everything I would expect from an Ethiopian restaurant. Went for my birthday and was a pleasant surprise. Hardly any patrons were present. There was a homeless man who kept trying to enter, the waitress eventually gave him a plate. That speaks to character. It took a little while to pay and leave as it was only one waitress.

The food here was sooo good. Cafeteria style set up, great customer service, great portion sizes and a nice selection of foods to choose from. I was quite impressed by how good this food was, but will definitely be back.

I was told the restaurant is open so I decided to visit... Inside the restaurant looks beautiful... (lots of upgrade)... smell good and neat... the food is attractive and taste so good... you can also make options of what you want.. I promise it always a wow experience whenever I visit this place! I Love it and will recommend everyone to visit.

The restaurant had the lights on as well as 2 open signs lit up in the window but the doors were locked. I could see an associate working right there but they didn't acknowledge me at all. Before I left I called and didn't get an answer. If you're going to advertise being open with lights on and all then be ready to accept customers. Such a waste of time to park, hungry in the morning , get out in 30° weather just to find the door locked.

Not the fanciest place and it wasn't super fast (they made it to order), but my medium spicy food was fabulous.
