Perfect! Shhhhhhh! Don't tell anyone about this place. We enjoyed our room very much. The upstairs private entry room has its own deck. Comfy full bed and pull out sofa bed. We have already booked our next stay🏵️🌹🌻🌺

Oh my goodness. I'm not sure where to begin. Helen, the owner, seems like a nice woman but she has a lot to learn about running & upkeep of a B&B. She rents out rooms in the upstairs level of her home, but I hesitate to even call this a B&B (and I can't believe she charges the amounts she does for what you get). I stayed one night in the Antique Room, but wish I'd just driven the 1.5 hrs home to Austin instead. I cannot recommend that anyone stay here, and I can't believe I'm the first to review it! ||||Main issue: the hallway bathroom that you use if you stay in the Antique Room is VERY DIRTY. There was hair on the sink/faucet, hair on the toilet seat, the washcloths/towels were stained, the soap dispenser didn't work, the trash can was so filthy I couldn't stand to touch it to eve

It was definitely outdated and lacked comfort. The pull out bed blocked the entrance to the bathroom and had to step on the bed to get to the bathroom, noisy and wakes the other guest. However we were just happy to have gotten a room during antique show weekend and couldn't have been a better location. Walk right out the back door and right in the middle of the flea market. Wonderful. But don't expect a breakfast. Wake up to go into main area (small hallway) to find a loaf of some kind of cornbread and coffee. I made the mistake of thinking that was left over from last night, asking the keeper where we could get breakfast, and she pointed me in the direction of the stale loaf as she patted the sunk in cushion next to her of the two person couch, which was the only place to eat breakfast.

This B&B is located in the middle of the Warrenton Antique show. It has a charming upper deck. We stayed in Room 4 with en suite bathroom and clawfoot tub. The room was cute with large windows in the oak trees. The innkeeper is very helpful and accommodating. She let us check-in early and check-out late.

Booked this property 5 months in advance. Sent in deposit and the reservation was confirmed. Apparently the owner double booked the property later with a second group. Instead of honoring the first commitment we were told only 1 month out that she would not honor our reservation. Even after several phone calls she refused to back out on the second booking even though we booked first. Anyone who has experienced Round Top knows that trying to find lodging only 1 month in advance is nearly impossible. Would not trust her with any future trips.
