Dave’s BBQ Bar

The location and vibe is good as casual setting with lots of outdoor seating around large bar area. There is tons of service staff and all orders are through the wireless order system on tablets. The wait staff came when we sat down to get drink order and then a little bit later to get food order, but never came back to refill drinks or ask if we needed another drink. I originally thought it was a true BBQ restaurant since was such a large bar area, but is really just a food truck - which I have no issues with as have had great food and BBQ from many. BUT Dave's BBQ was poorly executed. The ribs were super dry and not much too them - worst I have had from a BBQ joint in over 10 years - something you would expect from a plain jain restaurant without proper smoker and heat box to keep ribs t

I hosted a company “thank you” party for employees. Everyone loved it. We did the buffet with pork and chicken bbq. I paid extra for chicken fingers in case someone didn’t like bbq . The other sides were garden salad, potato salad, and mac & cheese. I dealt with Sandy while planning it, and Nancy took care of me the night of the party. Both were amazing!! I will definitely do this again.

Decided to try some take out for the family - everything was delicious! Three of us had their flavorful and tender brisket, their fries, sweet potato tots and regular tots were great. The coleslaw was sweet and flavorful and the cornbread was delicate and tasty. I had the Gold Fever sauce and it was the best I have ever had. My son ate his whole kid’s meal of chicken tenders and Mac & cheese (which was thick and creamy). Definitely going to order again.

Congrats on the opening! Sorry it took me so long to try it out. Friendly service from the staff. An eclectic mix of customers that ranges from bikers to yuppies. Menu features strong drinks and good food. We had the grilled wrap and Mac & Cheese with pulled pork. It’s BBQ so everything is heavy, but that’s to be expected. Lots of people ordered the Mudslide. The weather helped make an enjoyable evening too.

Beautifully brand new set up bar with tons of t.v’s just to bad it wasn’t ready sooner in the summer. Very friendly staff. I went on a Thursday and the atmosphere was very chill laid-back. I got the beef brisket with pan sauce and it was surprisingly a very large portion of meat for the price. Would love to have stayed and seen a night life but I had to go. I’ll definitely be back.
