Dave's Hot Chicken

First time trying this place. It was a little pricy, but the flavor of Mike's Hot Honey sauce left heat on the tip of my tongue. The Chicken was a very nice crisp. I'm glad I got to try this place.

I had heard about the fallout promotion and really wanted to check it out. I drove an hour to this location from the airport. When I got here, I had a few problems with my app. Ray and Iris were incredibly nice and helpful in getting it sorted out. In addition to the fallout promo, they made for an excellent experience. I've been a Dave's customer for quite a while, but this was the first time at this location. I will definitely be coming here again.

The cashiers were very sweet, but I would have loved to know up front the wait would be OVER AN HOUR. We debated asking for a refund and leaving, but kept thinking surely the food was about to come out. After checking and confirming there were still 5 orders in front of ours, it still took nearly 30 minutes to receive our food. 😱 The food was actually delicious- hot, crispy, flavorful. Then, when nearing the end of my fries, I found a hair. 🧐😵‍💫 I wish they would offer me a free meal in compensation, but to be honest, I hope never to darken their doors again!!!!!!

Food was good but pricey. The meals do not include drinks and are already overpriced. The food itself was good but nothing mind blowing. The service was terrible. There were two girls working the counter. One of them was dealing with a complaining customer and the other one was just watching while she could’ve been taking orders for the line that was backed up. I wouldn’t come here if you want a quick meal because they take their time regardless of the size of the line. Food was good but not really worth the price or wait.

We came here for our son’s birthday weekend and it’s definitely an experience. We ordered and waited about 30-40 minutes for the food (4 meals). The food does come out super fresh and it’s pretty high quality chicken. We all got the medium which has a great flavor. It’s heavy on the chili/paprika flavor, this is a West Coast chain so it’s not the Louisiana spicy chicken we’re used to, still really good just different. They do a great job frying because the crunch was top tier and the way the flavor seems like it’s in the batter is amazing. It was $65 for 4 meals so pretty steep pricing. The reasons we wouldn’t be back is because of the wait, there’s nowhere to sit, it’s really hot in the building and it’s pretty expensive. I hope they get some fans for the cooks in the back too.
