Dave's Hot Chicken

This location offers a truly huge, bright, clean dining room anchoring a small shopping complex from a converted theatre. The ordering tablets where quite glitchy but we were able to easily place it with a staff member instead. The staff was friendly and professional and there were no errors in our order of sandwich combos and sauces. The food was hot and delicious and everything I expected from Dave's and their locations all across the state. Very consistent. Crispy chicken, crispy edging on dry fries, and plenty of rich, creamy sauces. Great Dave's location with lots of little spots to pop in nearby during a shopping or eating day.

We were just driving by and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. After giving the menu board the once-over I ordered the 2 Sliders with Fries and a Drink combo meal. The interior was simple but fun with colorful art on the walls, polished concrete floor, and the rubber chicken motief. The order was ready fairly quickly. Even though at first glance it didn't seem like a lot of food I struggled a bit finishing that second slider. Next time I'll go with the single. The food was good and the restaurant was clean, you can't ask for much more than that!

The best location and customers service I’ve come across through all locations I’ve visited. Repeated low quality food and service at the northridge branch made us stop going to Dave’s. After a long break we visited the Sherman Oaks branch and fell in love again. Great location great decor well lit, James S. was very polite and attentive, the food was all fresh and super clean restrooms. 👍🥰
